Booking methods, payment, cancellation and penalties

Reservation

• Reservations are only accepted and confirmed through our reservation system.

Booking Policy:

• Reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the accommodation. Pre-payment must be made no later than 7 days after receipt of booking confirmation request from the hotel or a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival date.
• The balance of the reservation is payable at Reception on the day of check-in.

Cancellations and penalties:

• Cancellations of prepaid reservations must be made in writing. The effective date of the cancellation is the date on which the written notification is received by the hotel.
• The guest may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. The deposit amount is refundable after deduction of bank charges.
• In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show of the guest, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
• In case of shortening the stay of an already booked reservation, reservation payments are non-refundable.
